What started as a friendship over 10 years ago in Auckland has led us to open Sabor cafe in Te Awamutu.
Tatiana has worked in all areas of hospitality over the past 20 years. Similarly Hussain traded his corporate hospitality career for a more down to earth pace in Te Awamutu

Seasonal and Local
We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source the finest of fresh ingredients from local farmers and butchers. our meats come from Expleo butchers in Te awamutu and our vegetables are sourced daily from the greater Waikato and NZ.
